Where we’ll start
Separating what you actually know from the answer you’re still trying to get.
Your path
When knowing isn’t the hard part
Real situations aren’t always clean.
Sometimes the real challenge is separating what is genuinely yours to do from what you’re still trying to mentally solve afterward.
The Intensive isn’t more information about overthinking. It’s structured implementation around your actual life.
Your implementation path
You don’t take a quiz, receive a generic “type,” and spend the rest of the Intensive trying to fit yourself into it. You start with what’s actually happening for you—and refine from there.
Understand where you’re starting.
Identify your patterns, starting focus and implementation priorities.
Practise the System through your own real situations.
Bring what you’ve learned together into something you can keep using.
Your Blueprint evolves as you practise.
Recognize what your loops actually look like and where useful thinking tends to become another lap.
You build → My Loop Pattern
Find the signals that help you recognize another lap sooner.
You build → My Catch Point
Separate what happened, what you’re adding, what you don’t know and what is genuinely yours to do.
You build → My Sorting Questions
Practise leaving what isn’t currently yours to control without abandoning anything that genuinely needs action.
You build → My Release Patterns
Choose where action or attention goes once another mental lap isn’t needed.
You build → My Redirect Menu
Bring the pieces together into a response you can continue using as situations change.
You build → Personal Mental Freedom Plan
Your life isn’t a template
The Intensive doesn’t assume that every difficult thought needs the same answer.
01A mistake
“I apologized, but I keep replaying what happened.”
Is there still something meaningful to repair?
Or has useful action ended while the replay continues?
02A decision
“I could keep researching. I don’t know when I’ve done enough.”
What information could genuinely change the decision?
And what thinking is asking for certainty no amount of research can provide?
03Unclear communication
“They haven’t replied, and I keep trying to work out what it means.”
Is there something useful to communicate?
Or are you trying to turn an unknown meaning into a conclusion?
The same core system. Applied to what’s actually happening in your life.
Throughout the Intensive, you have 6 Personal Implementation Reviews from Mika to use when you genuinely want feedback on how you’re applying the System.
Work through the situation using the System first.
Share what happened, what you know, what you believe is yours to do, what you’re trying to release, and the part that still feels unclear.
Mika reviews how you’re applying the System and gives you personal feedback on the part where you’re stuck.
That’s what your Personal Implementation Reviews are for.

Where I’m stuck
“I’ve researched both options, but I keep thinking there might be one more thing I need to know.”
Mika’s feedback
The question I’d come back to is not whether more information exists—it probably does. It’s what information you’re still looking for and whether it could realistically change your decision.
If you can name something that could materially change the choice, there may still be useful research to do.
If you can’t, I’d bring your attention back to what you’re hoping another round of research will give you.
From what you’ve shared here, that’s the distinction I’d test next.
Your takeaway
What information could actually change my decision?

A note from Mika
I don’t want the Intensive to become another place where you keep asking someone else for certainty.
You use the System first. When the application is genuinely unclear, you can show me where you’re stuck and I’ll give you feedback on how you’re applying it.
The goal is for you to become more able to use the System independently—not more dependent on me.
Built through practice
Built from what you actually practised—not a generic profile created before you’ve used the System.
Don’t restart. Reapply.
When life changes, you don’t need to start the Intensive again.
Return to your Personal Mental Freedom Plan when you need your personal way of applying the System.
And if you still have Personal Implementation Reviews remaining, they’re still there when a future situation genuinely warrants one.
The situations can change. You keep your way of applying the system.

No.
The Intensive is a self-paced educational and implementation experience with limited personal feedback on applying the Mental Freedom System.
It isn’t therapy, diagnosis, medical care, crisis support, or an unlimited coaching relationship.
No. That isn’t the promise.
